The Three Dimensions of Your Stellantis SPS Score
Unlike Ford Q1 (a certification) or GM QSB (an audit framework), Stellantis SPS is a score — recalculated every quarter using your actual performance data across three dimensions. There is no pass-once-and-maintain. The score resets every 90 days.
Quality
PPM, warranty returns, and field escapes. Warranty returns carry disproportionate weight — a single field return signals systemic detection failure and impacts the quality score significantly more than PPM exceedances alone.

Delivery
On-time delivery rate and premium freight incidents. Three or more premium freight events in a single quarter triggers an automatic SPS score reduction — regardless of quality and OEE performance. Premium freight is Stellantis's indicator of operational instability.
