Common Questions
What does the Fast Start cost?
The Fast Start is included in our setup fee ($35,000–$120,000 depending on facility size and integration complexity). There is no monthly charge until after your Fast Start and only if you choose to proceed.
What do we need to provide?
Access to two people for approximately three hours total — one to walk us through your facility's departments and OEM relationships, one to identify your top operational problem. We handle everything else.
What if we don't proceed after the Fast Start?
No obligation, no pressure. All configuration data, documents, and analysis we generated together belong to you — export it and walk away if it's not the right fit.
How is this different from a standard demo or trial?
A demo shows you someone else's facility. A trial leaves you to configure everything yourself. The Fast Start is a consultant-led POC — we do the work, you see results using your real data at your actual facility.
Do we need any IT involvement?
Minimal. PlantPilot AI is cloud-native — no on-premise installation. For direct ERP or SCADA integration we'll identify exactly what's needed during Week 1, but most Fast Starts don't require it to deliver value.
